This page explains what personal data the Bangkok Hair Clinic website collects, what it is used for, how long it is kept and what rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

What we collect

  • When you book a consultation: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), the service you are interested in, the date and time of the appointment, and the message you write to the clinic, which may include health information if you choose to write it.
  • When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address, your name (if you give it) and the day and month of your birthday (if you give them).
  • Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to stop repeated or abusive form submissions.

What we use it for

  • To contact you by phone and email to confirm, change or remind you of your appointment, based on the consent you give in the form.
  • To send news, offers and a birthday greeting by email, only after you have subscribed and confirmed from the email we send.

How long we keep it

  • Appointment details are kept for 24 months after the appointment date. After that, the personal details are erased automatically.
  • Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the end of every email; your details are then deleted in the clinic's regular deletion run.

Security and who can see your data

Your name, phone number, email address and message are stored encrypted and can be opened only by clinic staff who have been given that permission. Each time they are opened is recorded.

We do not sell your data. It is processed only by the service providers that run the website and deliver email on the clinic's behalf.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers only whether you chose the light or the dark mode, on your own device. The map on the Contact page is shown by Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may ask to see, receive a copy of, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info.bangkokhairclinic@gmail.com or calling 02-118-7386. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before. If you believe we have not followed the law, you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
